I love this oil, I tried the banana cake recipe with the oil and it is phenomenal.! And it is local made with local macadamias. I was looking for a natural and healthy replacement for Olive oil in cake recipes and this is it! Definitely will buy again.

II became aware that many vegetable oils are not in fact healthy options. So I have been using Extra Virgin olive oil, which is good for you, but for cooking steaks, does not have a high smoking point. This macadamia oil does. A great addition to my pantry...and healthy.

The bottle and the refill tin are great! But we haven’t had the opportunity to use the oil yet!😳🤪😂 I’m sure it will be delicious!

I love the versatility of this oil, I use it for baking, frying, dressings, everything! It has a mild flavour which I love and it’s is a healthy alternative to other more processed oils. I love that it is an Aussie business too.

Macadamia oil has a very light buttery taste raw and is virtually tasteless when cooked. Produces a wonderful sear without burning. My new favourite cooking oil.

I can't fault the flavour of Fancy Farmer Macadamia Oil! I've cooked with it and enjoyed it as a salad dressing and it's superb. I bought it because I can't eat seafood and was attracted by the incredible Omega ratios. As for the plastic bottle, customers should read why FF has chosen this. It's smart as well as convenient. I really appreciate the squeeze bottle with squirt nozzle.

Great for frying fish fillets - success - fish was not soggy & the Mac oil didn’t override the flavour of the fish !
