I love the versatility of this oil, I use it for baking, frying, dressings, everything! It has a mild flavour which I love and it’s is a healthy alternative to other more processed oils. I love that it is an Aussie business too.

Macadamia oil has a very light buttery taste raw and is virtually tasteless when cooked. Produces a wonderful sear without burning. My new favourite cooking oil.

I can't fault the flavour of Fancy Farmer Macadamia Oil! I've cooked with it and enjoyed it as a salad dressing and it's superb. I bought it because I can't eat seafood and was attracted by the incredible Omega ratios. As for the plastic bottle, customers should read why FF has chosen this. It's smart as well as convenient. I really appreciate the squeeze bottle with squirt nozzle.

We really love it for frying light meats light chicken and schnitzels. The high smoke point is way better for your health too.
It's the only oil we use to bake or fry fish as it doesn't overpower the fish like olive oil does.
Using it in all our salads as well. Guests have commented on it's delicate flavour.
