Loving the lite nutty flavour in salads.
Also used Mac oil for frying fish fillets - success - fish was not soggy & the Mac oil didn’t override the flavour of the fish !

I love cooking with the Fancy Farmer macadamia oil. It’s got a mild nutty flavour that is perfect for salads and marinades. I like using the oil with stirfry dishes too.
So good to know it’s a healthier oil!
The squeeze bottles are light and easy to hold.

We really love it for frying light meats light chicken and schnitzels. The high smoke point is way better for your health too.
It's the only oil we use to bake or fry fish as it doesn't overpower the fish like olive oil does.
Using it in all our salads as well. Guests have commented on it's delicate flavour.
