I have been buying macadamia oil for a year from Woolies but when I went to buy some last week and they did not have it and your ad appeared within a day or so, I jumped in. Macadamia oil is beautiful, light, doesn't burn, I like to use Aussie macadamia oil or olive oils for almost all my cooking or baking needs, but olive oil is not suitable for high temperatures such as frying and roasting so it is good to have this delicious oil as an alternative.

I’m having on my toast instead of butter .
I pan fried some chicken cutlets and notice the oil did not burn . They tasted delicious. I also notice there’s no oily taste in mouth 👄 after eating .
I will definitely consider re ordering.

Quick delivery, well packaged and delicious. Excellent quality oil that gives a rich nutty flavour to all dishes. Roasted mixed veges and drizzled over mashed potatoes...yum.

Here’s the result of my experiment - turns out macadamia oil is a little ripper both in salad dressings (mild taste) and in cooking (high smoke point). The Tin (light proof) I reckon is great for preserving the oil until I decant it for use into the drizzle bottle, it too is a good colour (brown) for preserving the oil. I think this is one of my best investments! BTW, the oil goes well in a spray bottle too, sometimes I need a drizzle, sometimes a spray. Job done.

Fabulous product- the taste of the macadamia oil is so good - for me, the fancy pack was a great way to buy the oil and for ease of storage. Communication with Fancy Farmer was easy - very happy to recommend the oiland the shop. Daniel
